Oncall Calendar w/BUMP™ keeps a calendar for each member of each group. You can check at a glance who is on call or scheduled for a vacation (any other activity) for what days this month or the rest of year, as well as the rest of his/her team. Find out who is scheduled to work during the next holiday weekend, or major holiday, and also schedule the groups vacation time accordingly.
The beauty of this app is that you can synchronize it with BUMP™ (included) so you can update the calendars for the whole organization by just "bumping" with another user.
The app uses the standard buttons to allow you to edit the calendars data , names of members and groups.
I think the best way to describe this app is to give you our personal real life experience. We have several support groups that carry a rotation schedule. We created this app in order to get rid of a cumbersome excel spreadsheet we had to update every month. Now instead of having to connect to check the excel file, or a calendar in a PC, each employee carries the oncall schedule for each member of the group. Also the user is able to check who is the one on duty for the other groups.
This functionality can be used to increase productivity across many types of organizations; operations support, emergency services, government support, educational and private industry. Basically anybody who has groups of people that need to be managed.
